LSI offers both right hand and left hand models that can be positioned either 90 degrees to product flow or in-line with product flow.

The flexible Labeling Systems, Inc. Series 30 labeling head can be inverted and installed underneath a conveyor or transport belt system. Any of the LSI apply only or print & apply labelers can be installed in this manner.

Typical stand alone installations include a T-Base or other portable stand (shown here with the Series 30 Labeling Head).

Series 30 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with a 5" wide web capacity. Up to 400"/min dispense speed. PLC Control with operator interface panel. The labeling head features 10 recipe products pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.		Series 40 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with 5" or 7" wide web capacity. Up to 1200"/per minute dispense speed. PLC controls with LCD operator interface panel. The labeling head features 50 recipe product pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.
Series 20 Print & Apply Available with any OEM print engine. PLC controls are std. along with a 50 recipe product pre-set capability.		Series 2000 Print & Apply Available with any OEM print engine. PLC controls are std. along with a 50 recipe product pre-set capability. The machine features a fully enclosed aluminum plate housing for the head and a heavy duty web take up assembly.
Available Applicator Modules
Wipe Applicator Simple label applicator that uses a brush-on, roll-on, wipe-on method of applying the label. Also known as a merge applicator.		Blow-on Applicator A non-contact applicator that requires no change parts. Used on applications such as promotional labeling or labeling of food products.
Air Tamp Applicator Easy to set up and very accurate. This applicator is used for applications such as box labeling, carton labeling, or other flat panel panel bottom labeling.		Vacuum Grid Roll-on Applicator No speed matching is required. Apply labels on to flat surfaces or moving webs.
