This fully engineered and integrated Labeling Systems, Inc. Front and Back labeling system includes a heavy duty top hold down and can be equipped with optional infeed systems such as the product aligner or infeed screw.

A simple operator interface is standard as well as an upgraded PLC controls with touchscreen operator interface display.

Some Machine Features and Options
Applicator Design LSI uses a variety of roller or wipe materials to match the shape of the package and provide long term durability.		Bar Code Reader LSI can install virtually any reader on the labeling head to verify the presence or match the barcode. The reader can be tied to a product reject station.
Wrap Station The heavy duty design can handle round bottles as well as square or rectangles.		Lot Code, Date Code, and Bar Code Printing Can be included using thermal transfer, laser or hot stamp technology.
Touch Screen Display The optional display allows you save set-ups to a program recipe and includes supervisor password protection as well as manual machine overides.
