Front & Back Labelers - Labeling Systems, Inc. LSI

This fully engineered and integrated Labeling Systems, Inc. Front and Back labeling system can be supplied with a delrin or belted type conveyor.

When equipped with the LSI Series 40F Labeling Head, an encoder is used for accurate label placement and speed matching. Other LSI labeling heads can be installed on the system to insure a labeler that is the best match for the application.

Series 30 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with a 5" wide web capacity. Up to 400"/min dispense speed. PLC Control with operator interface panel. The labeling head features 10 recipe products pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.		Series 40 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with 5" or 7" wide web capacity. Up to 1200"/per minute dispense speed. PLC controls with LCD operator interface panel. The labeling head features 50 recipe product pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.
Series 20 Print & Apply Available with any OEM print engine. PLC controls are std.
Some Machine Features and Options
PLC Controls - Easy to use LCD operator interface display includes product set-up recipes for ease of set-up and changeover.		Bar Code Reader - Can be installed on the labeling head to verify the presence or match the barcode. The reader can be tied to a product reject station.
Heavy Duty Head Mount Secures the labeling head to the frame assembly as well providing a range of adjustment in the Y and Z axis dimensions.		Lot Code, Date Code, and Bar Code Printing Can be included using thermal transfer, laser or hot stamp technology.
