This fully engineered and integrated Labeling Systems, Inc. Top Labeling system is designed for the labeling products of any shape or size. Products can be labeled either filled or empty.

This LSI machine can be configured to allow the labeling head to be postioned 90 degrees to the product flow or in-line with product flow (as shown).

Optional castors are available for ease of portability.

Series 30 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with a 5" wide web capacity. Up to 400"/min dispense speed. PLC Control with operator interface panel. The labeling head features 10 recipe products pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.		Series 40 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with 5" or 7" wide web capacity. Up to 1200"/per minute dispense speed. PLC controls with LCD operator interface panel. The labeling head features 50 recipe product pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.
Series 20 Print & Apply Available with any OEM print engine. PLC controls are std. along with a 50 recipe product pre-set capability.		Series 2000 Print & Apply Available with any OEM print engine. PLC controls are std. along with a 50 recipe product pre-set capability. The machine features a fully enclosed aluminum plate housing for the head and a heavy duty web take up assembly.

PLC Controls Easy to use LCD operator interface display includes product set-up recipes for ease of set-up and changeover.		Air Tamp Applicator with optional Gating System The optional gating system momentarily stops the product at the application point to provide the highest labeling accuracy.
Infeed Spacing Systems The Series 1300 can have several types of infeed systems installed such as the infeed spacer wheel. Other devices such as dual infeed belts or infeed screws can be used for heavier products or applications demanding fast rates of labeling.		Lot Code, Date Code, and Bar Code Printing Can be included using thermal transfer, laser or hot stamp technology
