Top Panel Labelers - Labeling Systems, Inc. LSI

This Labeling Systems, Inc. machine is designed to automatically apply Sensormatic labels to products. Other label types can be used as well.

The optional LSI applicator indexer will take the label to a remote position away from the labeler. The stepper motor can be programmed to go to multiple positions. This labeler is typically installed blister packaging operations.

Series 30 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with a 5" wide web capacity. Up to 400"/min dispense speed. PLC Control with operator interface panel. The labeling head features 10 recipe products pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.		Series 40 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with 5" or 7" wide web capacity. Up to 1200"/per minute dispense speed. PLC controls with LCD operator interface panel. The labeling head features 50 recipe product pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.

Indexing Applicator The applicator can be programmed to index and apply labels to multiple locations. This applicator is popular in blister packing machines or web labeling operations.		Custom Mounts LSI can design and manufacture mounts such as this slide base mount to promote machine stability and ease of access for changeover and maintenance.
PLC Controls Easy to use LCD operator interface display includes product set-up recipes for ease of set-up and changeover.
