This Labeling Systems, Inc. fully engineered and integrated Wrap Around labeling system is designed for the labeling of straight sided cylindrical products that require the label to be placed in registration on the package. Products can be labeled either filled and capped or empty.

This LSI machine uses a photo eye to optically detect a reference point on the package for orienting the product.

Available Labeling Heads
Series 30 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with a 5" wide web capacity. Up to 400"/min dispense speed. PLC Control with operator interface panel. The labeling head features 10 recipe products pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.		Series 40 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with 5" or 7" wide web capacity. Up to 1200"/per minute dispense speed. PLC controls with LCD operator interface panel. The labeling head features 50 recipe product pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.
Series 20 Print & Apply Available with any OEM print engine. PLC controls are std. along with a 50 recipe product pre-set capability.
Some Machine Features and Options
PLC Controls Easy to use LCD operator interface display includes 50 product set-up recipes for ease of set-up and changeover.		Product Orientation Station After being spaced, products enter the orientation station. There they are clamped in place and start to spin. The label is applied in a pre-determined location.
Infeed Spacing Systems The Series 1520 can have several types of infeed systems installed such as the infeed spacer wheel. Other devices such as dual infeed belts or infeed screws can be used for heavier products or applications demanding fast rates of labeling.		Lot Code, Date Code, and Bar Code Printing Can be included using thermal transfer, laser or hot stamp technology.
