Wraparound Labelers - Labeling Systems, Inc. LSI

This fully engineered and integrated Labeling Systems, Inc. Wraparound labeling system is designed for the labeling of straight sided cylindrical, squares, or rectangular products. Products can be labeled either filled and capped or empty.

The machine can be used for wraparound or side panel labeling of square bottles.

Series 30 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with a 5" wide web capacity. Up to 400"/min dispense speed. PLC Control with operator interface panel. The labeling head features 10 recipe products pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.		Series 40 Apply Only Stepper motor drive with 5" or 7" wide web capacity. Up to 1200"/per minute dispense speed. PLC controls with LCD operator interface panel. The labeling head features 50 recipe product pre-sets along with a self-teaching label sensor.
Series 20 Print & Apply Available with any OEM print engine. PLC controls are std. along with a 50 recipe product pre-set capability.
Some Machine Features and Options
PLC Controls Easy to use LCD operator interface display includes 50 product set-up recipes for ease of set-up and changeover.		Bar Code Reader Can be installed on the labeling head to verify the presence or match the barcode. The reader can be tied to a product reject station.
Infeed Spacing Systems The Series 1200 can have several types of infeed systems installed such as the infeed spacer wheel. Other devices such as dual infeed belts or infeed screws can be used for heavier products or applications demanding fast rates of labeling.		Lot Code, Date Code, and Bar Code Printing Can be included using thermal transfer, laser or hot stamp technology.
Wrap Labeling of Square or Rectangular Bottles This is completed with the wrap station and special back foam assembly.		Slide Base Head Mounting This optional mount allows for easy change over from panel labeling applications to wrap around labeling of round bottles.
