MACHINE DESCRIPTION (For application shown): Model 6000 Stepper Drive Labeling Heads with fully supported label feed system, 20" OD Powered Unwind Supply Roll and Powered Rewind Encoder Based Microprocessors with digitally generated push button selected label stop and on product positioning. Model 090 Roll-on Applicators Photoelectric Product Sensor Model 1010 Product Handling System consisting of: 1. Infeed Spacer Belts 2. 10' conveyor with Delrin chain, 3/8" plate construction, dual precision ball bearings 3. Top hold down belt assembly with product height compensation, 3/8" plate construction, dual precision ball bearings 4. Single Motor Drive; Torque Limiter for system jam protection 5. Welded stainless steel frame, stainless steel side panels GENERAL OPTIONS: 1. Low Label and Web Break Sensors 2. Bebco Air Purge System RATE OF LABEL APPLICATION: Up to 60 labels per minute. Higher rates can be achieved depending on label size. LABEL PLACEMENT ACCURACY: ± 1/32" exclusive of product and label variation.
