Model THD Top Hold Down Assembly
Top Hold Downs are used to maintain positive control of the product during the application sequence. They can also be used to maintain spacing of the product when required for functions such as label on product verification etc.

Features and Benefits of a LSI Top Hold Down are:
1) Rugged Construction - fully enclosed aluminum plate construction. Shafts fully supported with ball bearings.
2) Belt design can accommodate for variances in cap heights of up to 1/8" preventing potential for jams.
3) Design allows for easy access for set-up and changeover.

Design easily accommodates for peripheral devices such as vision cameras or ink jet printers to be installed on the labeler.

The standard AC motor with variable frequency drive controller automatically synchronizes the top hold down speed to the conveyor speed via DC tachometer follower circuit. The DC tachometer is part of the conveyor assembly and must be ordered separately.

Metric scales are provided for quick, repeatable product change over.
