LSI's customer service employees are trained to address technical inquiries and spare part requests. Labeling Systems offers in-house training to its customers, as well as on-site service, ensuring customers the highest level of commitment. LSI's dedicated Customer Service Team is available via telephone, fax or e-mail to respond to your every need.
Labeling Systems offers our customers the ability to request Spare Parts for many of our machines in the field. Be sure to have your serial number available when submitting your request.
LSI is an authorized dealer for Sato, Zebra, and Datamax OEM Print Engines. In addition to print heads and spare parts, we can perform service on site or provide depot service from our service centers across the country. LSI also has an International Representation Network of Distributors and Factory Representatives.
