Bottle Labeling System with Infeed Timing Screw
Bottles enter the labeling system into the timing screw which spaces the products at the right distance prior to the labeling process. Through the use an electric photoeye, the labeling head dispenses the label as the product enter the wrap station. The wrap station features a high friction belt that rotates the product at a high rate of speed. Combined with a foam back-up plate, the label is securely wiped down without marking or scarring either the bottle or label.
