The Model 10.61 incorporates LSI's renowned durability into an economically priced Print & Apply Tamp label applicator. Based on Sato's Lt408 print engine, the Model 10.61 prints text, barcodes and graphics, at speeds up to 6 IPS with a 203 DPI resolution, in both direct thermal and thermal transfer modes.
LSI's Series 1200 is a side panel labeling system which applies labels to a variety of objects that include square or rectangular boxes and cylindrical bottles or cans.
LSI offers the Series 20 print & apply labeling machine. This print & apply label equipment can come with a Sato or Zebra OEM print engine. The Series 20 print & apply labeler has different options depending on the printer model and printer speed you choose.
The Model 301 is a semi-automatic, wrap around labeling system that applies labels on products such as bottles, vials, and cans. This semi-automatic labeling machine is compatible with the Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Head and the Series 30 and Series 40 Apply Only Labeling Heads.
The Series 30 is an apply only labeling head that can accommodate 5" web widths, 12"and 16" diameter unwind rolls and is able to reach dispensing speeds up to 400" of label web per minute. The Series 30 is an easily convertible model and is also designed to work with any of LSI's standard applicators.
The top panel labeling system offered by LSI is the Model 1300. This labeling system is designed for the top labeling of boxes, caps, and any other flat containers.
LSI's Model 376 is a semi-automatic, tamp labeling system that labels flat sided products like boxes and the bottle tops of containers. The semi-automatic tamp labeling machine is compatible with the Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Head and the Series 30 and Series 40 Apply Only Labeling Heads.
The Model 20.66 RFID, based on our reliable Series 20 Print & Apply platform, is LSI's solution for Printing, Encoding & Applying RFID labels and tags. The Model 20.66 RFID incorporates our unique Model 066 Reject Tamp Blow Applicator and is designed to accommodate the 15% to 20% "Bad Tag" yields typically found with RFID labels from most label converters. The latest RFID print engines from Zebra, Sato or Datamax can be incorporated into the Model 20.66 RFID to support EPC Class 1 (Alien) UHF RFID tags. Future upgrades for multi-protocol readers and Generation 2 tags will be made available as they are released by the printer manufacturers.
The Series 40 apply only labeling head can accommodate 5" and 7" web widths, 12" and 16" diameter unwind rolls and dispense speeds up to 1200" of label web per minute. The standard Series 40 labeling head is designed to fit almost any labeling application and is also easily converted to reach your desired labeling goals.
The e300 decorative label applicator is the cost-effective labeling solution from LSI. The e300 is available for applying labels to recessed areas, indexing lines and variable speed lines. The brightly lit, touch-screen display offers an easy user interface.
LSI's Loose Loop Labeling System includes a tabletop printer to be used with a decorative labeler for high speed print and apply applications. This configuration allows for both print and apply as well as apply only label application.
The wrap labeling system from LSI is the Model 1500. The Model 1500 is designed for the labeling of straight sided cylindrical products. The wrap label applicator can apply a label to either a filled or empty container.
The Model 1600 front & back labeling system from LSI is a fully engineered and integrated label application machine that applies labels to the front and back of your product.
The Series 1800 is LSI's line of labeling systems specifically designed for applying labels to the bottom of products, including boxes, trays, clamshells and more.
