Model 1600 Front & Back Security Seal Labeler
The Model 1600 Front & Back Automatic Security Labeling System. Designed to apply security seal labels to the front and backs of cartons with high accuracy, the system can also be outfitted with label presence inspection and rejection.
Whether cartons are designed as airplane tuck or reverse tuck, one half of the spot label is wiped onto the side of the carton. A static rail then plows the rest of the label over the top or bottom of the carton. With special UV coated labels, a UV sensor can detect the presence of the label on the carton and reject cartons that do not, ensuring products are sealed.
