Model 301 Semiautomatic Tabletop Wrap Labeler
LSI's Model 301 Semi-Automatic, Tabletop Wrap Labeling System is designed to be flexible with a range of products while providing high labeling accuracy and repeatability.
Products are loaded into the fixture by an operator and the labeling process is then triggered through the pressing of a footswitch. After the label is applied, the product is removed and the cycle then repeats.
The system is based around LSI's Series 30 labeling head, which is a full production labeler featuring a stepper motor drive with PLC controls. The labeling head's self-teach label sensor and LCD interface allow for easy setup and changeover. Further simplifying changeover is the fully adjustable cradle with can be easily readjusted for different product sizes with the use of tools.
