Conveyor Drive Options - Labeling System Conveyors Overview

The conveyor drive options that are offered from LSI include the DC Drive, AC Drive and Under Hung Motor. Depending on where you want to mount your drive or how much frequency and speed control you want to have for your drive will determine which of the conveyor drive options to choose.
DC Drive Options:
LSI offers the DC drive conveyor drive option. This drive is a directly coupled DC drive package that allows for variable speed operation. The package can also be supplied with an optional encoder or DC tachometer.
AC Drive Options:
The AC drive is a conveyor drive option that is offered by LSI. This is a directly coupled AC drive package. The drive package can also be supplied with a variable frequency drive controller.
Under Hung Motor Options:
The under hung motor is one of the conveyor drive options from LSI. This configuration installs the motor under the conveyor.
