Conveyor Mounting Options - Labeling System Conveyors Overview

LSI offers three (3) different conveyor mounting options. Depending on your conveyor needs, a heavy duty integrated frame may be an option, the tripod base provides you with flexibility and the casters are useful when for off-line operation or you need to move the labeling equipment from line to line.

Integrated Frame Overview

LSI offers an integrated frame as part of the conveyor mounting options from LSI. The conveyor assembly is an aluminum/steel base and adjustable leveling pads are standard. Casters are optional.

Tripod Base Overview

LSI also offers the tripod base. This can be installed easily anywhere along the conveyor as required by the application. Adjustable leveling pads are standard.

Casters Overview

LSI offers casters, which can be supplied to increase ease of portability of the system. This is especially useful if a machine is for an off-line labeling operation or needs to be moved from line to line.
