Corner Wrap Label Applicators

Corner wrap applicators from LSI are used to apply labels on to the adjacent panels of a product. As the product approaches, the label is applied to the front panel, then swings around the corner and wipes the remaining portion of the label on to the adjacent side. Models are available that allow for front to side labeling and even trailing to side panel labeling.

Corner Wrap Label Applicators - Model 080:
The Model 080 corner wrap label applicator is able to apply a label to the front panel and side panel of your product. The label applicator is able to pivot around the corner to apply the label on the side of your product after it applies the label on the top.

Corner Wrap Label Applicators - Model 081 / Model 084:
The Model 081 / Model 084 two stage tamp corner wrap applicator requires the product to be stopped momentarily at the point of application. A vacuum is used to hold the two pads as the label is dispensed away from the label applicator and onto the product.

Corner Wrap Applicators - Side / Trailing Panel Label Applicator - Model 082:
The Model 082 side/trailing panel label applicator is a corner wrap applicator that is used when labels are to be applied without the product being stopped. After the first label is attached, a secondary roller will come in and wipe down the second label on the trailing panel.

Corner Wrap Label Applicators - Two Stage Tamp Type Label Applicator - Model 083:
This two stage tamp type corner wrap applicator is the Model 083. The applicator contains a secondary wipe down roller that is mounted to the cylinder. The tamp and roller extend together to apply the label to the product. Contact is made by the tamp and then wiped down by the roller.
