Labeling Head Coupling

The label head coupling options from Labeling Systems give you choices when it comes to mounting your label applicator. The label head coupling items offered are able to increase the range as well as the overall performance of your labeling heads.


Horizontal Tube
Horizontal Tube from Labeling Systems

The horizontal tube is installed to either the top or the bottom plate of the labeling head. The Series 30 Labeling Heads and Series 40 Labeling Heads labeling heads use the rigid tube assembly.

The mounting bracket that attaches to the head enables the head to be fully rotating in all directions. The tube has a standard length of 12".

Cradle Mount
Cradle Mount from Labeling Systems

The cradle mount is mounted in either a top to bottom or a side to side configuration on the Series 20 Labeling System, Series 2000 Labeling System, or Series 3000 Labeling System. This gives the machine the ability to rotate into any configuration.

When looking to increase the range of your labeling head, the addition of a cradle extension assembly can help. For use with either the Model 100 T-Base Stand or the Model 105 T-Base Stands, the cradle extension assembly adds 12" of range. It can be installed to raise the head higher or inverted to drop the labeling head lower.
