Product Overview
The infeed screw assembly accurately meters, spaces and aligns products for labeling.
Designed for use in primary labeling applications such as consumer products labeling, pharmaceuticals labeling, home products labeling and cosmetics labeling.By precisely controlling product pitch, the Infeed Screw provides the maximum product throughput at any given conveyor speed, increasing efficiency and accuracy.
Screw profiles are custom designed for each product. In some cases, a single screw profile can be designed to accommodate multiple product configurations. Most applications require multiple screw change parts. Consult the factory for details.
A Dual Screw version is available to accurately align and meter oval or irregular shaped products.

Conveyor Installations
Model SD mounts to the T-slots in LSI's 3" wide and 4.5" wide table top chain conveyor with 4 bolts. The standard AC motor and variable frequency drive controller is designed for conveyor speeds from 200 IPM to 1200 IPM.
