Print & Apply Labeling Heads
LSI provides a range of configurations for print and apply label applications, available with print engines from Zebra, Sato and Datamax.
Series 20
The LSI Series 20 is a print and apply labeling head designed for 24/7 duty and is available with over 30 standard and custom label applicators.
Series 20RFID
The Series 20RFID features an applicator which only prints and applies RFID labels that are not defective coming from the web roll.
Loose Loop
LSI's Loose Loop configuration allows for a tabletop printer to be used with a decorative labeler for high speed print and apply applications and allows for print and apply and apply only label application.
Apply Only Labeling Heads
In addition to print and apply label applicators, LSI offers a range of apply only labeling heads, also known as decorative label applicators. These labeling heads from LSI consist of the Series 30, Series 40 and the e300.

Series 30
The Series 30 apply only labeling head is part of LSI's cost-effective line of labeling solutions. The Series 30 is designed to work with any of LSI's standard applicators and includes models with adjustable speeds up to 400" per minute, web widths up to 5" and unwind roll diameters up to 16".
The Series 30 also has many optional upgrades to assist on a number of different things that the apply only labeling head can do. Series 40
The Series 40 apply only labeling head is LSI's Economical Performance line of labeling heads that are fully expandable. The Series 40 includes models featuring adjustable web speeds up to 1200" per minute, web widths up to 7" and unwind roller diameters up to 16" and is designed to fit almost any label application.

e300
The e300 decorative label applicator is the cost effective solution of apply only labeling heads from LSI. The e300 contains a variable speed motor that is capable of speeds up to 1,000" per minute. The bright, touch screen display offers a complete, user friendly interface. The background color of the display changes from green to orange to red to give a highly visible status update of the label roll.

Semi-Automatic Labeling Systems
The semi-automatic labeling systems offered by LSI are ideal for any of your start-up productions or short production runs. The semi-automatic labeling machines also offer a tabletop design that gives the equipment both portability and flexibility.
The Semi-Automatic Labeling System - Model 301 and Semi-Automatic Labeling System - Model 376 are the two pieces of machinery that LSI has to offer. The Model 301 is a wrap around system which is perfect for bottles and cans where the Model 376 is a tamp system that is ideal for all your flat sided products.
Applicators
LSI offers over 30 standard and custom applicators that can be configured with any of LSI's labeling heads to deliver repeatable label placement accuracy.
Wipe-On/Roll-On
LSI offers different wipe-on and roll-on type label applicators. These wipe-on or roll-on type applicators are ideal for applications where the product may have an irregular surface or a recessed area. An effective wipe-on / roll-on application is when the conveyor speed and the label web speed are consistent with one another. The roller or brush is then used to wipe-on the proper label.
LSI offers the Model 020 Roll-On Applicator, Model 021 Roll-On Applicator, and the Model 010 Wipe-On Applicator.
Air Cylinder Tamp
The air cylinder tamp applicators offered from LSI are accurate, easy to set up, and one of the commonly used methods of applying a label to your product. Air is used to assist in transferring the label on to a tamp pad and through the use of a vacuum generator, the label is held on to the tamp pad before it is applied to the product.

Corner Wrap
Corner wrap applicators from LSI are used to apply labels on to the adjacent panels of a product. As the product approaches, the label is applied to the front of the panel, then swings around the corner and wipes the remaining portion of the label on to the adjacent side. Models are available that allow for front to side labeling and even trailing to side panel labeling.
The models of corner wrap label applicators that LSI has to offer are the Model 080 Corner Applicator, Model 081 / Model 084 Two Stage Tamp Type Applicator, Model 082 Side/Trailing Panel Applicator, Model 083 Two State Tamp Type Applicator.
Blow-On
LSI's blow-on label applicators are designed for non-contact applications in which a burst of high pressured air is used to apply the label to the product. The blow-on applicators can apply labels at a higher rate of speed with no change of parts needed for labels up to 4 3/4 x 4 3/4" in size.
The blow-on label applicators from LSI are the Model 051 Single Label Applicator and the Model 050 / Model 053 Universal Applicators.
Leading / Trailing Swing Arm
The leading / trailing swing arm applicators from LSI are designed to apply labels to cartons or pallets that are moving or stationary and to either the leading or trailing panel as well as the side panel. The PLC controls on the swing arm applicator allow for selection of either a two panel or single panel application. This allows the applicators to be flexible and versatile in the way your products are labeled.
LSI offers the Model 073/073V Panel Label Applicator and the Model 074/074V Panel Label Applicator.
Vacuum Grid Wipe-on
The vacuum grid label applicators are similar to a traditional wipe-on / roll-on style of applicator in that a vacuum grid plate is used to hold the label prior to the application of the label onto the product. The vacuum grid label applicator also eliminated the need to match the labeler dispense speed and the product speed as the applicator can handle applications where the product speed exceeds the dispense speed of the labeling head.
The two models of vacuum grid wipe-on applicators that LSI offers are the Model 030/031 Active Type Air Cylinder Driven Applicator and the Model 025/026 Passive Type Spring Loaded Applicator.
Applicator Options
LSI offers optional applicator components to add to your existing label applicator machines. The applicator options that are available include a Peeler Bar Extension for Print and Apply Applicators, Peeler Bar Extension for Apply Only Applicators, Applicator (Snorkel) Extension Assembly, 0-90 Degree Swing Assembly, APP-CP PLC Control Package, Air Assist Air Package, and the Venturi Vacuum Package.

Roll-up Stands
The Roll-up stands offered by Labeling Systems are available for any of the series of labeling heads. There are models that are specifically designed for certain labeling heads, as well as generic models that will fit any of the series. The labeling solutions are mounted to the roll-up stands, allowing you to position the roll-up stands where it is the most convenient for you.
The different roll-up stands that are offered by LSI are the T-Base Stand - Model 100, T-Base Stand - Model 105-20, T-Base Stand - Model 105-30/105-40, Horizontal Adjustment Option, and the Cube Base Frame.
Labeling Head Coupling
The label head coupling machinery from Labeling Systems gives you some options when it comes to accessorizing your labeling heads. The label head coupling items offered are able to increase the range as well as the overall performance of your labeling heads.
