The Series 1200 is LSI’s line of labelers specifically designed for Side Labeling of products such as square or rectangular boxes, bottles, F-Style bottles, buckets, spray bottles, cylindrical bottles or cans. With the use of the optional wrap station, this labeler can apply labels to flat or round surfaces and is capable of performing full bottle wrap around round or rectangular shaped containers. The Series 1200 is designed to work with any of LSI’s standard labeling heads such as the Series 40 Apply Only Labeling Head and Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Head. The Series 1200 includes such features as:

  • Rigid mounting of the labeling head(s) for high accuracy labeling
  • Bright LCD digital display, easy to read, simple menus remote mounting available
  • PLC Controls - flexible, I/O expansion kit upgrade optional
  • Infeed Systems such as the Model SW Spacer Wheel or Model SB Dual Spacer Belts
  • Product Alignment Systems such as the CA Product Aligner where no change parts are required
  • Re-settable product and label counters
  • Recipe storage locations, for easy set-up and repeatable product change over
  • Auto Teach Label Sensing
  • Heavy duty aluminum plate and stainless steel construction, designed for 24 x 7 duty
  • Available in Right or Left Hand Configurations
  • Thermal Transfer or Hot Stamp for Date/Lot Coding
  • Remote Display Mounting

The Series 1300 is LSI's line of labelers specifically designed for Top Labeling of boxes, caps, and any other flat top containers. Other typical labeling applications included labeling of DVD/CD cases, food products, cosmetics or clam shell container labeling. The Series 1300 is designed to work with any of
LSI's standard labeling heads such as the Series 30 & 40 Apply Only Labeling Heads and Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Head. Whether you want to print and applying shipping labels to outbound orders as they travel out your case sealer or if you want to apply a promotional stickers to one your
products, this machine is built for easy changeover, accurate label placement, and continuous 24-7 use.

The Series 1300 includes such features as:

  • Available as synchronous dispense (Model 010 Wipe on Applicator w/ a brush or with a tamp applicator.
  • Rigid mounting of the labeling head(s) for high accuracy labeling
  • Head mount assembly is highly adjustable for easy adjustment of vertical label placement.
  • Bright LCD digital display, easy to read, simple menus, remote mounting available

RATE OF LABEL APPLICATION: Up to 40 labels per minute. Higher rates can be achieved depending on label size.

LABEL PLACEMENT ACCURACY: 1/32" exclusive of product and label variation.

PRODUCT(S) TO WHICH LABEL(S) ARE TO BE APPLIED: Corrugated or other boxes.

LABEL SPECIFICATIONS: Available for label sizes up to 12" long x 5" wide.

This fully engineered and integrated Labeling Systems, Inc. Wrap Around labeling system is designed for the labeling of straight sided cylindrical products. Products can be labeled either filled and capped or empty.

The optional LSI Series 40F Labeling Head uses an encoder for precise speed matching should the speed of the conveyor change. Other LSI labeling heads can be installed on the system to insure a labeler that is the best match for the application.

This fully engineered and integrated Labeling Systems, Inc. Front and Back labeling system includes a heavy duty top hold down and can be equipped with optional infeed systems such as the product aligner or infeed screw.

A simple operator interface is standard as well as an upgraded PLC controls with touchscreen operator interface display.
