The Model 20.66 RFID, based on our reliable Series 20 Print & Apply platform, is LSI's solution for Printing, Encoding & Applying RFID tags and labels. The Model 20.66 RFID incorporates our unique Model 066 Reject Tamp Blow Applicator and is designed to accommodate the 15% to 20% "Bad Tag" yields typically found with RFID labels from most label converters. The latest RFID print engines from Zebra, Sato or Datamax can be incorporated into the Model 20.66 RFID to support EPC Class 1 (Alien) UHF RFID tags. Future upgrades for multi-protocol readers and Generation 2 tags will be made available as they are released by the printer manufacturers.

The Series 20 comes standard with a PLC and LCD operator interface. Features include built in product counter and up to 50 recipe set-up storage locations. This controller can be replaced with the Allen Bradley 1500 Micrologix PLC control package.

All Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Heads are equipped with a 12" O.D. unpowered unwind assembly with a dancer arm controlled brake.

All Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Heads are equipped with a separately powered rewind assembly.
