Series 30 Labeling Head Apply Only Labeling Head

The Series 30 apply only labeling head is LSI's value line of stepper motor driven label applicators. The Series 30 can accommodate 5" web widths with 12" and 16" diameter unwind rolls. The user adjustable dispense can reach speeds up to 400" of label web per minute.

All models are available in either right hand or left hand configurations. They are also designed to work with any of LSI's standard applicators. Custom configurations are available from the factory, to fit unusual applications.

The stepper motor drive on the Series 30 apply only labeling head controls all the functions of the labeler. The 5 phase stepper motor is able to provide maximum torque and precise speed control and includes 10 recipe storage locations for easy set-up or change over.

The base Series 30 apply only labeling head includes the 12" unwind assembly with single roller dancer arm. This particular unwind works best at moderate dispense speeds with relatively short labels. This labeling head configuration provides a short web path for easier threading. An optional unwind assembly with a double roller dancer arm improves performance for higher speeds and longer labels.
